"23 Jewels on the River" Poker Promotion

Individual prizes of from $100 to $599 potential for a player to win multiple prizes.

This is a Texas Hold 'Em promotion for poker players in the live poker room at Harrah's Laughlin that replaces the "Bad Beat" offering.

The "23" jewels refers to the 23 possible winning hands in the promotion. These are; ten straight flush jewel possibilities, all suits qualify and 13 four-of-a-kind possibilities. Each jewel is tied to a progressive jackpot that is updated daily at the opening of the poker room. There is no hand to beat in order to win the jewel value. Simply make the qualifying hands in regular poker play to win the qualifying jewel pot. Jewels have a minimum and maximum value of $100 and $599, respectively. The progressive pool is displayed within the poker room. The progressive pool represents 70% of the monies collected minus funds set aside for secondary pools and promotions. Las Vegas, NV – Poker enthusiasts have the chance to earn $50,000 or more playing Texas Hold’em at any one of six participating Harrah’s properties during the new Mega Beat Jackpot Live Poker promotion. The new Mega Beat Jackpot starts at $50,000 and increases daily the more the game is played without a winner.
