Paisano's Italian - Open Tuesday through Saturday at 5pm
Set amidst ambience reminiscent of a quaint Italian village, Paisano’s offers fabulous fare from across the regions of Italy best known for their culinary expertise. Guests can watch room chef Kevin Hendrickson in the exhibition kitchen as he prepares their dishes to perfection. Paisano’s offers an extensive wine list including many Italian varietals.

The Seafood Grotto - Open Thursday through Monday at 5pm.
Serving the freshest seafood from the West Coast and beyond and also featuring an exciting and interactive Oyster Bar, plus an extensive Sushi Bar. Choose from under-the-sea delights such as oysters on the half-shell, brothy steamers, made-to-order pan roasts and stews and more. Infusing modern and classic cuisine, the Grotto’s room chef styles the menu offerings ranging from the casual Grotto Platter to the elegant stuffed Sea Bass with lobster and French port-salut cheese. All of the Grotto’s fresh market selections are prepared to your specifications – grilled, seared, pan fried or baked. Selected California, Pacific Northwest and European wines are offered by the bottle and by the glass.

Blazing Noodles - Open Daily for lunch and dinner at 11am.
Add some spice to your life and dine here. Featuring Pan-Asian specialties that embody the Orient. Flavors of Thailand, China, Japan and India can be found at this casual and relaxed restaurant. Chef Simon Nakhapreecha, originally from Thailand, incorporates the use of the freshest spices and flash-pan cooking to create dishes to make your mouth water.

Pechanga Buffet - Open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday at 11am.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday and Sunday at 9 am.
The choices are virtually endless at the Buffet. Diners can enjoy an international selection in a casual and comfortable setting.
